Move-out Inspection

Establishes a baseline for future comparisons.

• Includes inspection of walls, ceiling, floors, closets, shelving, doors, baseboard, trim, windows, screens, blinds, lighting, fixtures, outlets, and switches for each room.

• Visual inspection of cabinetry, kitchen fixtures for workability, drainage, countertops, caulking, overview of kitchen appliances.

• Assessment of bathroom fixtures, lighting and water fixtures, storage, vanities, and exhaust fan(s).

• Audit of laundry room connections, outlets, and shelving.

• Inspection of the garage, garage door opener, garage door, lighting, storage/shelving, windows/doors, and floor.

• Observation of Attic/Crawlspace/Basement and entries.

• Survey of HVAC (return filters, air vents, thermostat) and filter size.

• Assessment of water heater or water heating system and connections.

• Exterior evaluation of premise: (porch, patio, doors, windows, stoops, landings, balconies, outlets, switches, screens, siding, roof, soffit, fascia, water spigots, guttering/downspouts, and decking)

• Lawn/Yard survey: (driveway, walkways, trees, shrubbery, landscaping, flower beds, mailbox, fencing, and trash or dumpster bins)
